Now, my shift has changed. I have to work from the afternoon to midnight. I only get offs on Fridays and Sundays. Plus the next schedule change is September. I can't go to any of the $5 games tickets that i bought. Thats at least 6 more games for the next 3 months! Unless I use my holidays, there's no way I can go out on the days I'm out anymore.. =( I hope i can at least be able to plan the trips of going to philly, baltimore, DC, or even Boston for the games. I need a thought plan on how to go to those games and places. I need to save enough money to go to those places. Need to save money to get a new camera. My old bulky 4meg camera just don't cut it.
Ok. When I'm at work, there's always a period of downtime which I just wait for paperwork to come to me. Therefore, I would either go to sleep in a corner, or go online. However, the computer block a lot of sites from the computers, so I cant go and check out the usuals (poker, video games, myspace, youtube). So I basically just read articles from the sport pages, all go to digg and read more articles. Another site that I would spend a lot of time on is wikipedia. Even though the sources from wikipedia is not 100% accurate, but it's still fun to read and learn stuff in general just like when you read a regular encyclopedia.
So from now on, I will start to post the link of the stuff that i read from wikipedia on ever post. Here's an example:
- Knocked Up -> Paul Rudd -> Gen Y Cops -> Edison Chen -> Edison Chen (陳冠希)
- NPB (Nippon Professional Baseball) -> Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters

Well.. I attend, on average, about 7 games per season. But I already went to 6 games in 2 months. More to come:
5/31 NYM vs San Francisco Giants
6/13 NYY vs Arizona Diamondbacks
6/15 NYY VS NYM
I'll post some videos and pictures at those games next time
Today is the first day of the single game tickets sale for the Yanks. I actually woke up early just to go to the stadium and get in line. But I found out that they gave out all the bracelets 3 hours earlier. So with no luck, I tried to call ticket master my trip going home. Hoever, they cant seem to be able to get the upper reserved tix that I want. By the time I got home, I went online and try to get the tix ASAP. I can't get 2 tix, but i can get individual tix for those red sox and mets games. I basically order those ticket individually.I still get 2 tix for each of those games, but there are not joint seating. Luckily, they are in the same section, which is good. Besides, when people go to these games, they just sit on where they assign to anyways. I bet I'm not the only one who got tickets this way. Cant wait when the baseball season start. This season, I will also plan road trips to watch the games in other stadiums like Phillies, O's, Nationals, or may be red sox. (The tickets are hard to get.)
When the season start, I'll try to take some pictures of the Yanks/Sox Rivalry. Here's a pic of one type of red sox fan we have to deal with...(tsk tsk...)
The Mets could have clinched the division tilte on Friday, However, there on a 3-game losing streak. I was surprise that I can see it today, but I like it. I've been to so many ball games, but I never really get a chance to watch a game during September. Therefore, this is the first time I was in a game that they gonna have a celebration. (basically to watch the team to clinch a division)
In the beginning, there were no runs for the first 3 innnings. No tuntil Valentin hit a 2-run homer to start the score. The Marlins is a really good team. They are still competeing for the wildcard. But they got shut-out by the Mets. When it was getting closer and closer to the end of the game, all the fans stand up and waiting for the moment to come. Everyone was just standing for the entire 9th innning to anticipate the moment to come. When Billy Wagner closed the game. All the Mets players rushed to the mount and celebrate the victory.
Now, their new target is the road to the World Series. You never know, may be 20 years after their last World Series Victory, they will win it again.
Here are the rest of the fun photos I took!!!
