The Mets could have clinched the division tilte on Friday, However, there on a 3-game losing streak. I was surprise that I can see it today, but I like it. I've been to so many ball games, but I never really get a chance to watch a game during September. Therefore, this is the first time I was in a game that they gonna have a celebration. (basically to watch the team to clinch a division)

In the beginning, there were no runs for the first 3 innnings. No tuntil Valentin hit a 2-run homer to start the score. The Marlins is a really good team. They are still competeing for the wildcard. But they got shut-out by the Mets. When it was getting closer and closer to the end of the game, all the fans stand up and waiting for the moment to come. Everyone was just standing for the entire 9th innning to anticipate the moment to come. When Billy Wagner closed the game. All the Mets players rushed to the mount and celebrate the victory.

For the first time in 14 years, the Braves didn't win the division. No more automatic playoff berth of them. It's the Mets winning it. There are so many fans that are happy to see their team beign competitive, not being the lesser team in NY. Their team is the best in baseball. Hearing the peopel chanting "N-L-East," "Yanks Sucks, "Subway World Series" it was fun. I can see people getting really high about the situation we are in. One thing I was disappointed, I see some people tossing the beer bottles to the field. I was at the upper deck, so there might be people in the bottle gonna get hurt by those bottles. I don't know it its hard plastic or glass, but I just hope the people downstairs are doing ok.

Now, their new target is the road to the World Series. You never know, may be 20 years after their last World Series Victory, they will win it again.
